In many cases, planning permission is not required, provided your work is within set limitations. We can assist by planning your project with you, creating plan(s), sections and 3D mock-ups - to your requirements.
Liaising closely with our clients, we have completed numerous projects from planning applications to the production of full construction working drawings. (see our ready drawn plans) our staff members are competent in the use AutoCAD, ArchiCAD and Rivet.
We produce all the detailed drawings, architectural plans and re-enforcement drawings for any private development or renovation.
You will receive a complete AutoCAD drawing (.dwg) of the plan you select, drawn by an SACAP registered draughtsman. The drawing will contain the plan lay-out, elevations, sections and other detail drawings required by the Local Authority of the main structure/ building. Full hard copy sets are also available apon request

Outsourced Draughting Services
Now a days competent staff are hard to come by and job hopping has become the norm, we can almost guarantee that a company is permanently staffed with an outsourced draughts person. We will endeavor to supply a candidate suitable to the needs of the company. However, if for whatever reason either the company or the candidate finds the arrangement unsuitable, we will replace the person with immediate effect. In the process, we would go out of our way to make the transition as smooth as possible. A replacement candidate would be sent in to overlap with the existing candidate for the amount of time required to get up to speed with the demands of the job. This would be at no extra cost to the company.
In House Draughting Services
We provide an in house draughting service for smaller companies and individuals without draughting stations on their own premises or for companies that are faced with a temporary extraordinary work load that they are finding difficult to complete.
As there is such an enormous variety of requirements on draughting jobs, it is impossible to detail what our terms would be. Each job would be evaluated and costed out individually upon inquiry.
